Exchange or refund is available only upon delivery.
Our courier will wait while you try your items.
If the item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned immediately, and only the delivery fee will be charged.
Once the courier leaves, exchanges or refunds are no longer applicable.
Exceptions apply only in cases of defective items.
